Meet the Founder & CEO

If you are reading this, it means you want to know if we have a connection! And the answer is: absolutely!

So before getting into how we connect, let me share a little about myself. I am the founder of Big Girl Interrupted and BGI & Co Inc an organization that focuses on empowering women. I am  also a life coach and provide vision board sessions. I know what it means to be interrupted - by life, by others, by fear. But that hasn't stopped me from living a big life full of purpose and impact.

What I love most is helping others find their voice and reach their full potential.

I was the person who always seemed so sure of herself. But inside, I was a mess. I lived in a box of isolation, confusion, self-doubt, low self-esteem and fear. To the outside world, I appeared confident and put together. . I was suffering in silence and no one knew.

In 2019, when I applied to university, the pressure of the academic expectation and learning curve caused me to gain weight, break down daily, and say mean things to myself.

I started my internal transformation journey and everything changed. I found myself on an uninterrupted train to happiness, confidence and success. And now I want to help others find that same train. I am passionate about helping women develop their confidence and achieve their dreams.

OMG … vulnerability and I become best friends!

My vulnerability and willingness to be open has led me  to become great friends with many people. I ask the tough questions that help people grow, and I am always interested in learning more about others. What's interrupting your life?

After my experience, I realized that having a clear vision was key to achieving my goals. That's why I created a vision board. As a result, my vision board became the tool to guide me on what I wanted and where I saw myself in the next few months.

My vision board showed me that I had limiting beliefs about myself and what I was capable of. This was interrupting my ability to achieve my goals. After getting clear on my why's, I established an action plan that was customized just for me - and one that I knew I could actually achieve.

With all this clarity, I wanted to share my experience and journey with other women. I knew they had interruptions in their lives and were dying for a sense of community with like-minded individuals who could understand what they're going through. Traveling alongside the same road

of life experience, these women are ready to transform into the person they want to see in the mirror.

Are you ready to live life on your own terms? Then we need to meet. I will help you become the best version of yourself.

With every experience, you alone are painting your own canvas thought by thought, choice by choice.
