Mental health and well-being are important for everyone, regardless of gender. However, women face unique challenges that can impact their mental health and well-being. Women hold many responsibilities for example; daughter, partner, wife, mother, employee or stay at home mom, caregiver, chef, the list goes on.
Thankfully, coaching can help address these challenges/responsibilities all while helping you improve your mental health and wellbeing. In addition to the emotional benefits of coaching, research has shown that coaching also has practical benefits. These can include improving work productivity and reducing stress levels.
